"I have a giant semi skittish dog and I had to drop him off to get his check up and shots...because I was required to drop him off, I had to leave him there for as long as I could because I was working...they were amazing with my dog!! They kept telling me that he was great to work with and he was a sweet boy!! Even the cashier in front ( Main store Petsmart)was giving him chicken( treats for training) and getting him to sit before he got his treat...my dog is highly food motivated and responds well to treats...He has been trained and has manners but I was surprised that he responded to a total stranger ...everyone who works at Banfield and Petsmart are all great with our furry babies!"
