"Waited a little over a year to post this review to give an honest review about the longevity of repairs. 5 stars all around, he's your typical I.T. guy with an unsane amount of knowledge and ability to fix your PC. Mine was a pre-built that over heated, I sent it to California for repairs and it came back STILL in non working order.... after being told I need to send it back to California for more repairs, I found Royal Repair, it's been over a year since I had Royal fix my issues and my gaming PC still handles everything I throw at it with ease. I was having a problem with my PC downloading Windows updates all of a sudden Alonso knew what the issue was right away and was available for me to drop it off immediately. Was very upfront about everything from the beginning, kept in contact the whole time, and had it up and running in a few days. He tested it in front of me and even taught me a few things I never knew! He even went above and beyond and organized all the wires inside the PC with zip ties and labels!!"
