"My husband bought me my engagement ring from Douglas jewelers. I went to get it sized it was still too big but what really is crazy is my big diamond fell out and I was very upset and we went in to resolve the issue and the owner was very rude to me about my ring. He really needs to learn how to talk to customer's and have some customer service. He was a complete smart a$$ saying well how was I supposed to know it wasn't sized correctly?! Extremely rude zero sympathy about my ring that the diamond ao easily fell out of."
