"Don't go here, and if you've been, get a second opinion. They missed a heart murmur in my dog that was considered advanced. He hurt himself a couple months after my appt here (annual checkup) and I took him to a different vet which caught the murmur and said it was not mild and doesn't know how this could've been missed before. On top of that, this place charges at least 2x more than other vets for services. I normally don't write reviews but others should know that this place is not doing a full checkup that you're paying for and shouldnt be trusted."

"I took my rescue kitten to Companion Animal Hospital in Lake Zurich and could not have had a better experience. Upon my first call to their location they were able to articulate to me the out-of-pocket costs for the procedure so I could be prepared. The day before the procedure they called me to remind me about withholding food and water before surgery. And then they called me back to make sure I understood the cost and to see if I had any questions. When I dropped the kitten off I got such a good vibe from the place that I got her outstanding booster shot done while I was there. While she was under they trimmed her nails at no cost to me. A nice touch. When she was ready I got a call to come get her. At pickup post surgical treatment was explained to me. The next day they called to see how she was doing. I own a pet sitting service and use lots of vets. This was a top notch experience from booking to recovery. Thank You!"
