"Went to have my engagement ring resized. The older lady was the one who helped me. Initially, she told me it's going to take 5-7 days to resize it... then she shouted to the man at the back and immediately told me to pay $20 extra for same day pick up. That should've been a red flag, but I still agreed to pay because I'm not leaving my ring in a store for a whole week! I didn't realize it when I first got my ring back, but then I saw this new marking on my ring when I got home. It obviously looks like it was caused by some sort of tools.
