"Customer Service was awful…. I was the only customer at the store and had to ask for assistance. No one greeted me with a hello can I help you. It was more like why is she here! I had a gift card and asked the salesgirl about a lost charm replacement cost. She seemed irritated and said I could only get a birthstone which I told her I had lost and was needing to purchase another one. She bought a very small round birthstone and said this is the only thing you can get!! I questioned her as to why and she stated she had worked at the store in Sugarland and this is the policy at all James Avery! However, My granddaughter was told something different when she had lost one of her charms at a different store! I was very upset with the rudeness of the young staff worker and will not return to that store for future purchases! I have purchased all types of jewelry from James Avery for years and this was the first time I encounter such unprofessional service!"

"Love JA but the Missouri City TX location has awful customer service. They won't let anyone use the pickup window to pick up- yet they have a designated area for it and designated pickup parking. Had to wait in line an hour to pickup a paid for item. Associates are so slow and one black woman seems to bully and intimidate her coworkers . Its just terrible"

"Absolutely love this store and their products! However, I recently went and experienced very poor customer service. I had a special order bracelet and it was done incorrectly. While they did fix it, the cashier, Tiffine, was curt and rushed through helping me. I hope the customer service here increases in sincerity."
