"In earnest, the staff were modestly polite if wholly incompetent. The store plainly advertises online that they offer gift-wrapping. I drove cross town to have an anniversary gift wrapped and, instead of making good on the advertised service, they went on for ten minutes about how "I've been working here since 2018 and don't recall offering this since then." In other words, they essentially argued with me, their customer, instead of trying to make things right. Finally, I asked if I could "just buy a proper box and wrap it myself." They didn't even have a middling sized box. I thought they might at least offer to suggest another store that offered gift wrapping, but got nothing except, "sorry...""
