"To anyone that needs anything tech related to be repaired: This is the place to do it. The problem with my MacBook Pro arose when I was watching some videos locally and then all of a sudden, when I clicked on the next episode it started buffering. So, I thought restarting it would solve everything. Nope, nada. Every time I tried to boot it up, the Apple sound and Logo would momentarily pop-up and then turn off. I initially sent my MacBook Pro to a well-known repair shop whose owner is on YouTube and I had a prior great experience years ago with an older laptop. The result this time? An employee said that we cannot fix it and your laptop is dead. When I asked them if they were willing to buy my computer for parts, they offered a measly $250 bucks. I knew that I was being fed false information saying that it is not repairable as this laptop is 1.5 years old and then to turn around and offer peanuts to the dollar for parts? No frickin way. I then sent this laptop out to Espy Repair Company after speaking to Michael (the Owner) on the phone (I found Espy on TikTok). He was super friendly and said he would try his best. He is super passionate about what he does and we had a great conversation aside from the laptop issues. When he got the laptop a few days later, we spoke on the phone he worked on it. Voila, my laptop turned on and was all normal. He did a stress test over the weekend just to make sure it wouldn't fail just for good measure. He gave me a super reasonable price for the repair, just as reasonable as the posted prices on the website for fixed repairs (MacBook battery replacement, iPhone screen replacement, etc.) I had my MacBook Pro sent back to me super quickly and it was really well-packaged. I was so happy to see it as clean as how I had sent. I cannot recommend any other shop in good faith knowing that Espy Repair Company exists. That is how great Michael and his company is. Bring any tech here and you won't regret it. Thank you Espy Repair Company!!!!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely wonderful experience! Great customer service and prices, my switch was water damaged without my knowledge and it wasn’t until I noticed issues I wanted a repair. I found them on Tik Tok and emailed them and they got back to me quickly! The only thing I’d say is the somewhat lengthy time for repair and shipping, shipping isn’t their fault and it’s worth the time when it’s done right! My switch is working better than ever!
