"Worst experience ever! Brought a snow blower in for repairs, and it took months. Got it back still isn't working right! Called to see if they stood behind there work, and no response!!"

"I took a lawn tractor to them for some repairs and they said it would be two weeks before they could work on it and i accepted it. After they had it for 3 weeks i called them to see whats going on with it and they told me they were starting on it tomorrow. I called back 4 days later and they told me they were starting on it in the next few days. After they had it for 4 weeks i called again and they said they would be tearing into it by the end of the week. At that point i told them not to touch it i was coming to get it."

"Great customer service. Rented a moving truck from here and it was made very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend renting here to avoid the bs of the other rental places in town."

"I admit this place does not project the most polished of professional images. However, when I brought a lawnmower in for repairs and after its return noted that the situation had become worse (oil leak) they took it back, noted the error they had made, and returned it to good working order for only $5. The most important thing about a business is this: Do they stand behind their work? The answer at South Side Saw is yes. I will continue to use them for lawnmower repair and blade sharpening."

"We have took our lawnmower in twice. Both times had to take it right back in the same day or next. Still does not work properly. Then they sat on our check for SIX months before cashing it!!! It would have been courteous to call and say we are cashing your SIX MONTH OLD CHECK! After three months I gave up on them ever cashing it. Are we running a business here? I honestly thought they disposed of the check to show how sorry they were for the botched up work. I won't do business there again!!!"
