"Worst Customer Service! Dropped off a charm, one charm when they first opened to be put on my girlfriends bracelet and told me it will be ready by 5pm. I went out of my way driving a long ways since there isn’t one close to where I live and told me it won’t even be ready until the next afternoon. At least have some courtesy to notify the customers through email or something."
