"The girls had no empathy or concern about my little Frenchie who all of a sudden started bleeding from his bottom that morning I called to get him in as soon as I could they said we’re sorry, but we don’t have anything open till 5 o’clock so I took it and then about noon he was very sick and more blood coming out of him. I called there and told them that I was on my way and I needed to see the doctor now got there and they said well you’re just gonna have to wait till your appointment time. We cannot get you in any sooner so I sat there when my poor little puppy was bleeding from his rectum. It was running down my leg and they were taking dogs in that were just coming for a check up. They would not squeeze my dog in for anything. Dr. Ivan was wonderful , I think she’s a wonderful doctor but the people that work for her don’t know what they’re doing"

(Photo of Stella attached) Took our Puppy Trixie today, Sept 13 '23. She has a puppy tooth that still hasn't came out. Instead of operating to remove it, we will just watch it. Unlike other vet who wants nothing more then to up charge. So glad I made the jump."
