"My baby was attacked by another customer's dog when I dropped her off for boarding...permanent scaring (mental and physical) for both my baby and my husband. A horrific experience. No response from Kennel owner to my email asking for help. The attacking dog might still be allowed on the premises. That dog and owner are very dangerous, the dog jumped out of the back seat of his owner's car to attack my baby, unprovoked, and the owner stood back and was amused by the whole thing, he did nothing to try to get his dog under control and seemed to enjoy my baby yelping in pain as his dog maimed her and my husband. That dog immediately sank his teeth into my baby's head and wouldn't let go - her blood was everywhere and my husband had to fight the dog off."

"My dog has gone there numerous times over the last 10 or 15 years. She's always happy when I pick her up and the staff is very courteous. I didn't have any problems. My little girl is 21 years old. Although she's deaf and partially blind, she's still very spray for her age. But I would not leave her anywhere that I didn't think she would be cared for."

"Our dogs go here for grooming and every now and then boarding. They aren't scared but aren't excited to go back in the building, they seem to be neutral about it. The grooming is excellent and friendly service as well."
