"It is really unprofessional to be rude to someone over the phone just because they don’t want to make an appointment with your office because you are more expensive than some other local vets. Furthermore bashing other vets for being more affordable is really not a good look. I called to get a price for spaying my dog, not to get a lecture on how you believe other places are cruel and don’t give pain meds etc…(which by the way is not the case for the ones I have checked that are at least $100-$200 cheaper). Your office is free to set its own prices but you are not welcome to try and bully me into making an appointment by bashing other vets who are more affordable. Absolutely despise Vet offices like this that use scare tactics to get you to pay more money. These are our pets and we love them. Implying that if I get more affordable spaying is cruel is just plain rude! Next time maybe don’t just assume someone is an irresponsible pet owner just because they don’t want to pay your higher prices. For the record my dogs get all their shots on time, go to the vet for check ups, get quality food, lots of toys, meds when needed. They are happy healthy dogs. The only cruelty here is your attitude!"

"Had to take our 2 cats here since our normal vet was booked. We actually might consider switching our vet now. This place was so caring and concerned about our cats and my wife's feelings about their stay there. The staff was so reasonable and compassionate about the whole experience. 5 stars for how you treated the cats and my wife's concerns. We will be back! Thank you!"

"I have nothing but good things to say about Eastside Animal Hospital and the staff, they have been great, even when I had higher than usual expectations. Dr. Beth Turnbull has been taking great care of Sammy, my beautiful cat since 2020. She loves all animals left in her care and it shows. It may not be the least expensive, but your animals deserve the best of care and she and her staff has always provided it. Norma Jordan"

"We brought our Himalayan in for a neutering a few months ago and i totally forgot to get on here and say what a wonderful job they did and the care that our little Henry received was incredible. He ended up having to have a few of his teeth removed as well and he recovered with no issues at all. I recommend this vet to anyone."

"I have only been there once so far to establish my awesome rescue dog. But my experience was fantastic. Very nice and very patient Doctor and Techs. They treated my girl really great. She loved everyone there, even the office cat. I forgot his name. They also work with Trupanion and do the onsite claims with Trupanion's software. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. They will Paisley's vet going forward."
