"My daughter was a student since kindergarten. Every year I would fill out a hardship transfer for her to attend, this past year, I was not informed that her application was denied till I received a piece of mail from home school. I called and someone in the office informed her application was denied due to grades and attendance. She was diagnosed with dyslexia and her grades were poor, not to new principles standards. After back and forth with principal, he informs I never turned in application but yet it was told it was "rejected " to begin with. I was informed my child was not the only one, and parents and staff are not happy with new principal."
"Walnut Hill is an amazing school! My kids have been at this school 2 years after pulling them from private school. They have made so much progress and my kids love going to school there. Plus, both of my sister's kids were able to get into Dallas ISD magnet middle schools after attending this school. Only the best teachers work there and the new principal has the school looking great!"
