"This is one of those daycares you would want to avoid and NEVER STEP FOOT IN. When I was considering this center, called and spoke with Nadine, she had her story down about how great this center was, and how they were four - star and blah blah blah. Had my daughter in the infant room for about a week and a half. VERY FIRST DAY, my child had bug bites all over her face. I was told it was from mosquitoes. Amazing they still supposedly have mosquitoes in our cold season. When I walked in, Audrey, the assistant director made an announcement over the intercom that I was there to pick up. To me, that felt like they were alerting the teachers so they can have the child together. I walked in to seeing the infant teacher hurriedly trying to change my daughter. My daughter was so extremely soiled, diaper was very heavy that it told the story of how she had to have stayed in her diaper dirty for hours on end. Nadine mentioned they were extremely understaffed that day. So in other words, they were out of ratio. This hasnt been the first time this has happened. One could look them up on Texas health and human services website and see this daycare has been sited many times for that same issue. I was very upset and Nadine gave me a million excuses and to please give them a second chance. Big mistake on my end as I did give them another chance. I did acouple of more surprise visits after the first day. On another day when I came to the center, I walked in to I hear a toddler teacher screaming at the kids telling them that they wouldn’t be getting any snacks that day. Horrible and ghetto attitude these teachers have. I could also tell how the infant teachers Esmeralda and Alicia disliked any time I asked a question. I would always try to engage with them and they both would avoid me and hardly saw more than two words to me whenever I had questions. After a few days of my daughter attending here, I noticed she started exhibiting odd, unusual behavior. She started screaming when I would go to change her and her demeanor changed. I knew something was going on. Final straw was last day I came to pick her up and walked into the infant room to see her placed off in a corner by her self with her back facing everyone (all she could do was sit at that time) and SCREAMING HER HEAD OFF while Esmeralda and Alicia were chatting with each other. I watched for a few minutes and neither one of them even moved to attend to my daughter. They were obviously neglecting and abusive toward my child. Ever since removing her from this facility, all the unusual behavior stopped. They were also not keeping up with her feedings. I was fed up and Nadine even tried to walk up on me telling ME that I crossed the line. Disgusting group of employees there and would NEVER advise anyone to bring their child here. "Love the atmosphere, staff, and owners! Very clean and well kept facility, I never have to worry about my daughter when she is there. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Love that they actually TEACH the kids instead of letting them watch TV all day. Highly recommend to anyone! Been here for 2 years!"

"This school/daycare is the BEST! My granddaughter started at 4 for fulltime summer school and is now afterschool and she loves it. The teachers and the owners are amazing . This is a must see school for your little ones. Highly recommended to all age groups. Thanks for being a 5* near me."
