"I was looking to purchase a pair of diamond stud earrings, and the Dallas store had someone drive a pair of earrings to the Grapevine store, so I could consider purchasing them. I went into the store, and after looking at them, decided this pair was not what I was looking for, but there was no hard push sale, no one made me feel like I was expected to purchase these, and yet they were extremely nice, and patient while I was trying to decide. The earrings they brought over from Dallas, were smaller than I wanted, and anything else, was just simply out of my price range. Again, they didn't make me feel bad for not buying. I worked with Pablo, and he spent a lot of time showing me several pair of earrings in my price range, but they weren't what I could afford. I will definitely use them in the future, mainly because they were so easy to work with, and very professional. It is very refreshing to work with people who aren't just after a sale.
