"Spent $1,000 at this location, added protection plan to all of our items. My favorite piece broke within 2 weeks. Not overly excited gold jewelry is breaking within 2 weeks. I’ve been back 2X and they haven’t had the necklace to replace it. I was told today “I don’t control our inventory”. It was my favorite piece out of all the Jewlery we bought that day so I told them to just refund me then since they don’t have it. They’re refusing. So I spend a ton of money, add their protection and this is the way you handle these things? Nope, I’m done. Will never purchase from them again and will share how cheap their gold is and that even with a protection plan, it does no good because they can’t replace my item and refuse to refund me. Hundreds of dollars for a gold chain that’s not sitting in my dresser. Terrible customer service!"

"I'm so glad I decided to get my first piercing here. I have a bad reaction to needles and was concerned it would be a problem. The workers were so understanding and nice. They made sure I was comfortable and let me sit for a while when my blood pressure dropped. Not only were they super nice but I also loved the piercing. 5 stars for sure."
