"Very rude and possibly racist. I was looking at a ring. They were willing to work with me with the price but I decided not to get it. I am saving for a home and the ring did not have real diamonds. The manager came over and said, "Show me you are serious, I will give it to you for $150." I said, "No thank you but thank you for your time." He told the lady who was helping me, "I told you she was not serious." Then he started talking to her in their language very loud. I felt very disrespected and I'm so glad I did not buy anything from them. I would not recommend. I am from Chicago and our mall jewelry stores are more polite and professional."

"Came in April 1st from out of town I was told it was gonna take 2 business days but they said they would keep in touch 4 business days go by no call I was only here for a week 7 days go by nothing I had to go out of my way to call them and they said to call tommorow because they were not at the store in that moment I told him that I was not from here and I was told it would take 2 days that’s why I decided to get the jewelry piece with them I receive another call the next day saying it would be ready by Monday morning Monday morning goes by nothing until Monday night besides the point I come get it Tuesday and it’s not on the size we agreed on and what I paid for just save your time and money and go somewhere else!!"
