"Built my pool. Came in on budget and on time. Called during the Feb 2021 Freeze-Out to check on us. Told him pool was fine but had busted water pipe. Came over the next day day and repaired the busted pipe. Couldn't get a plumber to come out for a week. Honest guys. Highly recommend Rodney and his crew to anyone looking for installing a pool or for for just getting some general remodeling done."
"Rodney at Superior Outdoor Solutions and his crew came out to my house on a SATURDAY when I was having an emergency at my lake house. My downstairs bathroom’s grinder stopped working and I had a MESS. Backup in my toilet and worse, my shower!!! I even had a mess outside near my pool. The crew was able to come out, get my grinder working again and help me clean up the mess. He has also helped me with changing out second story lightbulbs and even fixed a broken bunk bed. While plumbing is their specialty, these men will help you with whatever you need. They’re GREAT!!! Thank you Rodney and Superior Outdoor Solutions!!!!!"
"Fantastic service and work. I have used Rodney for years. This last time he re-plastered my pool and did quite a bit of patio/yard work. I love all the results. Rodney is great to work with and is very responsive and patient with all my questions. I feel he really listens to what you want and then guides you to what will actually work and look good!"
"Our electrical had to be redone by a proper company and it's still not completely fixed. They took out my sprinkler lines I just had paid to be put in (on accident supposedly). Won't warranty any work because the pool master (yes that is really what he calls himself! LOL!!!) Boomer Block didn't work out. If you want a poorly build pool, call Boomer Block, Gordon or Rodney Ratcliff. Oh ya, Boomer tried to sue me for $4 million for writing bad reviews-what an idiot! However, Gordon and Rodney keep working for the con artist and know how bad he "manages", so you have been forwarned-of the 5 people I know whose pools they've done, EVERY one of them have had to have people come in an redo! Don't let them NEAR your house!!!! And any good reviews are friends, family or employees."
