"Sister and I took my niece and nephew here on July 4th and it's a nice family neighborhood pool especially for little ones. Others were using the pool and everyone was friendly and respectful. The patio furniture and umbrellas look new and in really good condition. There was plenty for everyone. My niece enjoyed the splash pad. It looked to me like it could use some repairs because a couple of the fountains didn't seem to be shooting at full power, but she was still having fun with the water features that were working."
