"Staff is so nice here. I will never bank anywhere else, and soon all of my accounts will be here. I love the GoLive banking, the cash back checking accounts, and the mobile app even though it has maintenance sometimes. Best place I've ever had my money. I spoke with Miller today and he was so helpful!"

"1st Mid is my truck loan servicer. I recently switched insurance companies so understandably they needed proof. After providing sufficient documentation their team continued to send out letters and emails that my documentation was not sufficient. Spoke with numerous staff members who continued to state my insurance proof was not sufficient, despite the fact that it was. Eventually I had my insurer contact them directly and 1st Mid had the correct information the entire time (for almost a month) but failed to enter into the system. Dealing with incompetent staff shouldn't be a part of your banking/loan experience. Some of the staff are rude and entitled on phone calls. Their online banking is a nightmare to set up. I would avoid them at all costs and will never use them as a loan servicer in the future."
