"The entire process took about 6-7 months from design to completion. Juan and Chris were both extremely helpful and explained the process to us from start to finish. As our project manager, Juan was always just a phone call or text away if we had any concerns and kept close communication with us. Our pool was custom made with water features, fire features, LED lights and heating. We ran into a few minor issues, but nothing that Pool Envy didn’t resolve to make sure we were 100% satisfied. If we could make one recommendation, we think including landscaping / lawn repair as an option would be great. We can’t wait to make memories in our beautiful new pool! Thank you guys!"
