Always quick to respond when we make an appointment, and sends photos/videos of her walks. We know she is well taken care of and loved when we use the in-home pet sitting service as well. The price was a little better than the rates of other neighborhood options we checked, and it is nice knowing that the same person, who really likes what he does and really cares about our dog, is walking her every day. "The most important thing as a pet owner is feeling that your furry loved ones are safe and happy in the hands of their caretakers. We cannot say enough good things about Steve, who we have worked with for years. Not only do we trust him completely with the well-being of our dogs, whether he's walking them or dog sitting, but the dogs adore him and he has practically become family! Why send your dog to a windowless, rubberized doggie day care where he or she will get limited attention and fresh air instead of to Steve, who provides outstanding individualized attention (no pack walks here!) and long walks outside? Not to mention, Steve has the fairest rates in town. Being able to rely on him is a game changer for us and we'd recommend his services to any pet owner with a puppy, senior dog, or anything in between!"
