"House was in bad shape when we moved in, looked nothing like the pictures, such as the shed having spray painted black walls which were excluded from the pictures. When they began showing our house the realtor would show up anywhere from 30 mins early to 30 mins late as-well as leaving us with less then 24 hour notice on showings. With an example being the time we were still in the house because the showing wasn’t starting for 30 mins and the realtor came in with clients and began showing our house with us in it. They tacked on lots of extra charges including a charge of over $100 for being $2.00 short of rent. As well as charges for damage to the house that was there before we moved in such as a broken shed window and missing fence boards, If you wish to rent from a unprofessional company that supplies a run down house for the charge of an arm and a leg then Danheim is the company for you."

"DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. Do not trust the 5 star reviews, they make their employs and people getting discounts rate 5 stars so that they look better. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Best way to describe this company is “Professional Thief’s”, they service you with a smile while charging you an arm and a leg for it. Their houses have a history of being broken into and when we got broken into they said they did not know about the history. Everyone I have talked to that has dealt with this horrendous company has said the same. Save yourself the trouble and do not conduct business with these thief’s."

"We left the house we rented from them in perfect condition !! Way better condition we got the house for and after a year not only we didn’t get our money back . They also charging us $180 in cleaning fees . I have rented my whole life and I have never ever paid more than $100 after a left a house . This is a disgrace!"

"I've never been so dissatisfied with a company. I rented a personal office space out of their main office. I was promised a quiet, peaceful environment and they made it a point to tell me that they didn't want loud tenants or a lot of traffic in their building. I said that was perfect for my business and moved in. A couple of weeks into being there I was experiencing construction (literally) on the other side of my wall. Power tools, people throwing wood, welding, lawn mowing, leaf blowing, a tractor being pulled into the garage, you name it. I'd complained multiple times and was told that nothing could be done and they didn't even try to work with my schedule. I've paid all of my payments and deposit on time, tried to be as professional as I could and I'm unfortunately the one paying for it even though they broke the contract. There IS a quiet enjoyment section in the lease. I've had to fight for my deposit and Chuck is finding ways to nickel and dime everything. I was only in that room for 3 months and did no damage to it. All they had to do was touch up the walls with a bit of paint since I patched everything before I left. They even charged me for not putting THEIR door knob back on. I had supplied my own knob with a lock. The staff is friendly and Dannheim's only saving grace, but as a company, I can't endorse them."
