"Brought my diamond to the Kay outlet in ft worth and picked out a band for it to be set in and they said they could do it in time for my trip to propose. A week before the trip they said they couldn’t do it and I requested the diamond and ring back. For that whole week they said it’ll be back tomorrow and that turned into an everyday thing.. DON’T say y’all can do something when you can’t in the time you said you could do it. Ruined everything. Will not be coming back."
