"We have used this company for 2 years. I had zero complaints until 6 months ago and it has been a nightmare dealing with them ever since. I have tried to be patient knowing there is a labor and supply shortage but there is literally zero communication. Isn’t that half the job? I wish I could say this was the first time my pool was green for 3 weeks with no call back and technician not helpful at all. We are on the “green pool list” so they are aware. We couldn’t use our pool for a month this summer. We came back from vacation and our pool was half empty and green. They took our Polaris to Leslie Pools to be fixed, a month later I had no update and no call back so I called Leslie myself and handled it myself. They are not 24 hours (stated on website) they are 9-5 M-F and you MIGHT get a call back chances are slim to none. We are finally fed up and moving on."
