"Not world class amenities. The gyms are tiny and have tiny amounts of equipment. I would be okay with this if it wasn’t part of the marketing, but yeah, I feel kinda shafted…"
"** update the new gym is nice. Great views. Pictures added Residents only. Need a fob or key card to access most amenities. The gym is smaller than dragonfly but it is less crowded here. This pool has more activities (slide, splash pad, diving board etc). Pool was very busy compared to dragonfly. This is one of the best pools in bridgeland in my opinion. We love all the amenities here at bridgeland and love being residents."
"Not sure why bridgeland charges grands in hoa fees per year when they can't even use some of that money to treat their playgrounds next to the pool/waterpark for ants and spiders. Real safe for little ones."
