"If you’ve never owned a pool or been through the pool-building process (we haven’t), the whole thing can be a bit intimidating. We interviewed five pool builders to build a pool, kitchen, and living space, ultimately going through the final design phase and bid process with three of them. We heard about Luxe Outdoors through word of mouth and, as early as our first meeting with John, we were very glad we did. We knew some of what we wanted but were really looking for help with design elements and some guidance on how to best utilize our relatively small backyard. We knew we wanted to add some living space along with the pool, and we knew we wanted it to blend seamlessly with our existing patio. Luxe did a great job helping us see what the space was capable of and presented us with some ideas that were unique among the bidders. Permitting in The Woodlands can be a bit tedious, to put it lightly. The Luxe team exceeded my expectations in managing the interactions with the Township and ultimately bringing the vision to life. There were several potential sticking points in our plan but it all came together in the end. Luxe kept our project on time and on budget – no surprise change orders or major schedule delays. The number of specialized trades involved in these projects is amazing – all of which were lined up efficiently, allowing them to stay out of each other’s way and keep the project progressing every week. Our foreman, Jose, was on-site for all of the major milestones, checking up after each crew finished their piece of the project. Most importantly, Jose was responsive every time we reached out to him with questions or concerns. One thing to know about the pool building process is that every one of these projects is going to encounter unexpected challenges along the way. Make sure you go with a company that’s equipped to address issues quickly, and the right way. We really enjoyed our experience with Luxe Outdoors, from the initial consult to the final cleanup and photo session. Now we just count down the days until pool season! "Luxe did my backyard project and installed an in ground pool & spa, fire wall, outdoor kitchen, AND new full patio extension on my home. WE LOVE OUR BACKYARD.
