"This is the most unprofessional place and staff I've came across my life. They make you wait hours despite of having an appointment. Please don't go here they fill lose your paperwork then blame it on you. They will file it all wrong even when you emphasized something multiple times. For Mr. Bimal it might just be a tax return he can mess up due to his poor professionalism but from my mom her tax return is something she has to show her insurance in order to be treated. We can't pay for all hospital bills if she lose her coverage. His front desk is unprofessional just like him they are not trained or aware of how to greet their customers. We get better hospitality at a fast food restaurant. I WILL NEVER GO HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Just a reply to you-: You agreed to take care of our tax return so it’s your responsibility to work with us and communicate us instead of ghosting your customers for a week. Lastly, we offered to pay the day we started so you told us to wait. We did pay you for your work today but this review is from the experience I had and the lack of professionalism. Thank you for arguing with me instead of trying to solve the issue explains a lot about your professionalism skills :)"

The owner who is Bimalbhai is very good. He is a professional. Even though it is very busy, it gives you time to understand your time."

"I used this company for 2 years and this year we decided to let another CPA take a look, low and behold it revealed such lazy accounting that we have now had to pay to get previous returns amended which costs alot of $$$. Don't advise you use this company. Also looked up credentials for the person preparing our return, he isn't certified to do taxes."
