Attached, is a beautiful custom piece that dawn from the riverside location helped me pick. Though, to someone it may seem like another custom piece but dawn took her time and helped me figure out the size I felt was great for my wife, the amount of diamonds, dawn explained the clarity of diamonds to me she helped educate me on the different types of gold that would be best for this specific piece. She also was the one who reached out to me from the beginning of this to the end meaning she kept me up to date on my 3D print to the mold to the final piece. Not once did I need to reach out! She helped me pick a brand new center stone for my wife’s ring awhile back so I am a returning customer however I must say it’s always a pleasure to work with dawn but I will never forget the experience I got from the first time I walked into the store until now. Dawn always takes care of me and always helps keep a smile on my wife’s face when it comes to picking out the best jewelry and of course the correct diamond.
