"Just moved to Texas the end of last year from Oregon. Had such a great experience with our tax person in Oregon and then my husband passed away and I moved to Texas. This was the worst experience I have ever had with the tax service. The communication was terrible and I was constantly given the runaround after they lost my W-2 my previous tax return and then took four months to get it done. They never once apologized for all of the messing up that happened And still charged me $230 to do my taxes. Would never use them again!!! Don’t go there!"
