"I have called and promised a call back, we are still waiting to hear about our taxes from LAST July! Now it's January and taxes are due. I can't recommend them. I just want my outcome from 2023! I called back as requested by the owner and STILL have not gotten any responses or my taxes from 2023 resolved! I have called back many times and STILL waiting for a call. I get the excuse that Houston is very big. Well when I did it myself I got it taken care of in weeks!!!! Not sure what their excuse is???"
