"Alamo Pool is poorly managed. I worked with an outstanding designer and designed a pool for my family. That part went well.. As soon as the "team" at Alamo pools took over we had delays, changes, and poor follow up which raised RED FLAGS for me. They ultimately cancelled my contract after I asked some questions about their plans. They refused to talk to me and cancelled by email.... Poor leadership, lack of management empathy, and weak constitutions results in no pool for my family. Thanks for nothing!"

"We had a 20 year old fiberglass pool that we did not want to invest any more money in, our salesman Cody Came over and met with my wife and I, we began to discuss possibilities, Alamo pool builders was our fourth interview and after spending some time with Cody, my wife and I decided to hire the company. We were impressed when the design they produced was exactly what we had asked for and they did not try to sell us a bunch of extras. It is nice to know that you are heard, Not simply listened too. I simply cannot say enough good things about the employees, each of the crews perform separate portions of the project that they specialize in and are incredibly skilled at. The entire team is polite, courteous and professional. As simple as this sounds one of my primary concerns was maintaining a clean job site after all it is my backyard, They did excellent with this small detail as well, My wife and I are extremely pleased and have recommended Alamo pool builders to our friends and family of which two have already signed contracts for new pools, after seeing the job they did for us. There is a little wait time between the phases but it is well worth the wait!!!! My favorite add on Is the extra LED light, the colors are stunning!"

"Our 7 month incomplete project has been blessed with continuous lies, endless timelines, unresponsive contact, punitive damages to our house and no resolution or completion date in site. Yes, they’re paid 99.89% so obviously we aren’t a priority for them to complete. Please see the attached images reflecting the damages and professional craftsmanship by their hired contractors. The lies, excuses and passive responses have made this entire process the most regretful choice we’ve made. (Foundation/water line damage…we paid for the electrical line to be buried vs ran down the side of our house) (Concrete splattered on our stucco with a water hose and sprinkler less than 5 feet away..they chose to leave it vs spray/scrub/wash it off…Edward did ask me if I used dawn dish soap on it when I tried to remove it). I have more photos, texts messages and emails for anyone who’d like them, just shoot me an email or message..SAVE YOURSELF!"

"A.J. this review was a long time coming! Let me first say thank you for a wonderful pool...no scratch that...an AWESOME pool that me and the family enjoy swimming in and entertaining guests! It is a grand showpiece, strikingly beautiful and a dream come true for us. Secondly, this was not our first pool rodeo and of course we had all the anxieties and emotions regarding a pool build and sifting through the potential pool builders is a daunting task. When we met (and hired) A.J to build our pool he relieved us of any stress that comes along with the pool building process. He is professional, honest, budget conscious, patient, REALISTIC with you and a fun person to engage with in business. Our pool was constructed in record time in a little under 60 days and that was due to LOTS of pre-planning, sorting out design issues and ensuring the finances were squared away ahead of time. A.J. gave us the personal attention we needed, always returned our calls and his crews were always on time and on target. But, it does not stop there: since our pool was finished a year ago, A.J. has headed our calls on any maintenance questions or if need be sent out one of his tech's to check, adjust or fix any issues we may have had in running our pool. Currently, his showroom is located on HWY 281 north just passed Evans road and if you are considering building a pool go see A.J.!"
