"They denied the service. 1st the service was denied by the receptionist then she ask a black guy and he said no bc I didn’t have with me the Form 1099-G Even that I explained what TWC said they say they don’t need the form. “You do not need to include Form 1099-G with your income tax return. TWC reports this information directly to the IRS. Keep your copy for your records.” No knowing this important information just show how unprofessional they are!"
