"Had several pool companies come to my residence to give me quotes but decided to go with Blue Haven pools. I was lucky to have been assigned Joe Rodriguez as my designer. He was always communicating with me and answering every question I had. With my OCD, was super hesitant having a big upgrade like a pool being done in my backyard. Blue Haven was super quick in getting it accomplished. My superintendent was Mr. Jorge Arevalo and let me tell you….took him only 5 weeks from start of excavation to adding water. "My husband and I discussed building a pool for several years just never did it. We finally took the leap and reached out to several pool companies, 10 to be exact! 4 responded. Out of that 4 we had 3 companies design and quote us a pool. Blue Haven was the only company who could build what we wanted for the best price and had better quality services. We worked with Michael Wildon on our pool design and set up. Michael was great!! Upfront and honest with everything. He even encouraged us to research other pool companies. He thoroughly explained the quality of products and services, he responded in a timely manner when I would email or text, and he made the whole process fun and exciting!! Loved working with Michael. After working with Michael we were contacted by our project manager Tim Newman. Tim is awesome!!! He communicated with us on a daily basis letting us know when each process of our pool would start and when the crew would show up. If the crew didn’t show up when they were supposed to, we just called Tim and let him know and he would be on the phone with them right away finding out what was going on. He would always call us back and bring us up to speed with what he found out. He explained in detail what steps would be taken during each building step and he was present or would show up after each process was started and complete. Tim expressed concern if he noticed work not being done up to par and he always made certain the working crew thoroughly understood what was expected of them. He also provided answers to our questions!!! Tim was also upfront and honest about things. He never hesitated to share his knowledge about processes and why they were being done. We absolutely loved working with Tim!! Between Michael, Tim, and all the different crews that worked on our pool and our pool deck, everyone did an amazing job and we enjoyed watching and visiting with them all!!! We love our pool and we haven’t even swam in it yet!! We are looking forward to pool school!! Thank you Blue Haven for building us a beautiful pool!!
