Today we were kinda panicking and Jason Ellis was so calm and helped us get our equipment working perfectly! I would like to share our wonderful experience with Riverbend Sandler Pools. We have always wanted a pool but were concerned about the nightmare stories we’d heard, but we went for and man are we glad we did! From start to finish the customer service, responsiveness, professionalism, integrity and work ethic was and still is amazing! Starting with Matt Hitchcock our sales advisor and designer. He was so patient, answered lots of questions, was consistent with follow through and checking on us EVEN AFTER THE SALE WOW! Dave Casper our project manager so supportive, encouraging, responsive with our million questions, text messages and phone calls. He reassured us over and over again everything would be great.THANK YOU DAVE, couldn’t have done this without you! After the pool construction was over we decided to go with pool maintenance with Riverbend. Trey in the service department was so kind, responsive and knowledgeable, he even stopped by on his way home from work to make sure everything was ok. Abel our pool cleaner is amazing! He does such a thorough job, shows up every week consistently around the same time, and answers our thousand questions. He even showed me how to use our hand held vacuum and let me video him so we’d remember how to do. Fiona in financing was so kind as well. We are so pleased with Riverbend Sandler and would HIGHLY recommend them again! If you’re thinking about getting a pool please only use Riverbend Sandler it’s worth the peace of mind and investment!"

"We had an awesome experience trusting Riverbend Sandler in the construction of our dream backyard oasis. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Our pool designer Matthew Hitchcock did a great job understanding exactly what we wanted and worked on our design and 3d model until we were completely satisfied. David McKinley, our Project Manager kept us updated during every step of the construction process. Mike and David were always available to answer questions and concerns. Every crew involved was very professional, highly skilled, and respectful. The project was completed on time and our finished pool couldn't look closer to the 3D design! It is exactly as we imagine it. Tom Epting did a fantastic job explaining every detail of our pool equipment in our pool school class. "This company is very aware of the issues and How long it is taking to get my renovation complete. This was started in March I believe. It’s going into October. Not finished. Been running water to fill up pool for three weeks. I tell them I have a leak and they are looking into it. It’s muddy around the back of the pool, one jet doesn’t work, they want me to get pool service yet the pool isn’t holding the water. Can’t keep the pool running. Water drains too fast. The deck is still torn up. My retainer wall they added has a hump in it. This is a total nightmare. To be continued….. Oct 1. Riverbend sending divers to find out where the leak is. But know one showed up. Having to call the City of Dallas Water Dept to check for water leaks from backyard I have another water leak due to the excavation on outside of pool. Riverbend is shamelessly ignoring this. DECEMBER now and we have been blown off. Pool not completed and Riverbend Sandler not communicating at all. If they mess up and can’t fix it, they will just abandon you. I have been to both of there locations and the one in Plano is very unprofessional. These people are complete idiots and if you know what’s best for your pocketbook, STAY CLEAR OF RIVERBEND SANDLER POOLS."

"I am so thankful for my incredible pool designer, Hank Henry! This is my 3rd pool I’ve built and this one is in my downsized forever home. I gave him the style I was looking for and he nailed the vibe in the first design! The price was very fair, the construction crew was awesome led by David McKinley, and the finished product is gorgeous! Everything was on time and I am thrilled to look in my backyard every day!!! Hank recommended Fallis landscaping to finish the look and Mike did an amazing job to finish the swankyness of my pool! Kelly, owner of TBP Slider Solutions did my back wall of sliding glass doors to bring my outdoors in! This has been an amazing experience and game changer turning my house into a home. "Pool Building - Five Stars Pool Service - ONE Star Riverbend Sandler built my pool and it is magnificent. They are the best at building amazing pools. I went with Riverbend Sandler for the weekly pool service because they built our pool. And the service for the first three years was great! Our pool tech was the best of the best. Four years later, they don't show up on the regular scheduled days (or miss me altogether), the pool turned yellow / green twice, the pool techs don't clean thoroughly, don't inspect equipment, don't unwind the pool cleaner hose, communication is lack luster, etc. In 2023, I can't tell you how many different pool techs we have been through. And we were paying top end pricing. I finally had to draw the line and say ENOUGH. I fired Riverbend Sandler and hired a new pool service company that is lower in cost, great reviews, professional pool techs and they guarantee their services. Yes, Riverbend Sandler is an amazing pool builder, but when it comes to weekly service...They are no longer a company I can rely on."
