"Our boy recently got a haircut there and looked great. However, he (as with us) went through very difficult 2 weeks due to his private area being shaved too close. It was very pink and he started licking it continuously to create a bigger scar. Our vet told us to put shorts on him to prevent him from licking and he became so restless because he could not get to it. He kept running in circles and even refused to go on walks that he normally loves. I'm sure this was a honest mistake but please be careful."
"Out groomer, Evelina, and the entire Petco grooming staff are outstanding. They are warm and welcoming and take good care of our dog"
"Evelina is such a great groomer - she knows our 15 year old dachshund Desi, and would not trust him with anyone else! She truly cares and he always comes back looking so clean and handsome!! Thank you Evelina!"
"First & last time taking my pet there. I brought my dog in to get his nails trimmed. Explained it was his first time ever getting them done & he would most likely be nervous. I told the groomer that the back nails were short already & just needed to be grind down however his front paws were long so clipping & grinding would be okay plus my dogs nails are all black so I didn’t want her to cause any injury. She seemed like she was in a hurry to trim his nails, cut the back paws & cut into the quik & barely did anything to the front paws. They were still long. She seemed to be in a hurry to do the nail trimming because other customers were coming to pick up their dogs. Even another groomer stopped his grooming & was trying to console my dog cause she caused injury to him twice. I understand that they were busy & she could’ve told me to either wait or comeback at another time rather than rush through it. Almost didn’t want to pay for the injury they caused on him. Definitely don’t take your pets with black nails to get trimmed there."
"I asked for Queenie not to be shaved all the way down and when I arrived she was sure shaved all the way down with no fur left for me to even put her ponytail on the top of her head. She is a Yokiepoo"
