"The in store prices are almost double what is listed on the petco website. I was charged $24 for something listed as $13 online and $11 for something listed as $7. When I went back to return the items the employee stated that I could price match the items. Price match your own website? She did refund me the difference, and her service was fine. It feels like a scammy business model targeting people who are less likely to order online, like the elderly. They also said they didn't have a restroom open to the public. Dogs can pee on the floor but paying customers can't pee in your toilet? Stefan was very helpful while I was shopping and when I called back about the prices."
