"I had a terrible experience with this company. The broke the molding part below my water heater, they charged me for the parts but they ended up taking them back. All I witnessed myself the whole time they changed two water lines that connects to the the heater then they ended up taking one and charged me for 2 and they charged me $213 for that in addition to the $79 diagnosis fee and their front desk told me sometimes there is a trial and error but they consider it as a job and customers needs to pay for it. They passed my messages to their boss and they told me he said the same thing. The technican they send out was 21 and he was on the phone asking for instructions and that's not fair to me when they said "the problem is this and it costs you $213 to fix it and collect my signature" then say we'll the job is done but the water heater needs to be replaced and my question for them was then "what did you fixed and why was I charged for" "what about the damages to the molding and the parts you charged me for but you took it". Please be aware."

"I had a problem with my hot tub just before the family came over for Thanksgiving. Still Waters came over the night before Thanksgiving, make a temporary fix so that I could use the hot tub on Thanksgiving, and did the permanent fix as soon as they got the parts. Great job, very much appreciated their going above and beyond. Super company."

From dispatch to execution, this was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had!! 1. Dispatch was courteous and very quick to work with me in my immediate need. 2. "I had Still Waters Plumbing come out and install my Pelican whole home water filtration system and from start to finish the process was a breeze. The front office women were great in getting my initial request down and setting up a consultation. Jeramie was on time for the consultation and after looking over the system manual for maybe 30 minutes was able to give me a reasonable quote for the entire install. I had another plumber out earlier who didn't even mention the permit we needed. From there scheduling the work was easy, they had great availability and pulled the permits for me so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Day of install Jeramie and his associate (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, took about 3 hours to install the entire thing and at the end walked me through how everything worked. They set the system up in a way that made it super easy for me when it comes time to change out the filters and based on the pictures I saw online of others peoples installs these guys did it in about half the wall space! I can't recommend them enough, I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Bonus: They text you when they are on their way, which is super nice for me because it gives me time to put the dogs away."
