"First-time customer! I randomly stumbled across Bibis while driving by. It'd been a few months, and I finally decided to call. The lady on the phone was very helpful and kind. Provided prices and information. It's at a walk-in basis as long as they are open for the Self-Service wash. Luckily, it was just us that morning. It took about 25 minutes from setup, wash, and dry for my pug. They hand you a basket of all the basics, soap, towels, and hair brush. Extras are the room as needed. Very organized and efficient. I will definitely keep coming back and sharing with other pet owners who are looking for a place. Very unique in NE El Paso!"

"We had a good experience with our Goldendoodle here. My 1 year old is brave and very active, and not the easiest to wash or groom. Trust me, we do it most of the times at home. Time wise was reasonable from start to finish. But where I have a problem is paying $80+ to have a wash and a groom. Please don't misunderstand, they did a good job, but the cost is wildly out of proportion to what I feel is fair."
