"I like how they cut my dogs hair but that’s it. Scheduling is extremely long Even if it is scheduled months in advanced no guarantee on when they will be done Dropped my dog off at 6 am cause they made me schedule it out 3 months in advanced. You would assume that since they make you schedule so far in advanced there would be some sort of order. I’ve waited 5 plus hours and still no eta other than a maybe. If you are a scheduled organized person this is not your place, but if you have a whole day to sit around and wait then go here for sure"

"Just returned home from our first grooming session with Cindi and Paulina. My rescue dog was extremely anxious at first, but the staff couldn’t have been kinder, allowing me to be with Kibbles throughout the time. We did not expect to be seen today, as we did not have an appointment, however due to cancellations, we were offered the opportunity to get his grooming today. I can’t praise the staff enough for the special care given to Kibbles. We are definitely returning for all his grooming needs. Thank you very much!"

"My dogs first grooming experience wasn’t the best at a local pet store so we tried Dog Barber 2 today. I dropped her off at 6:30am and the groomer that was there was very sweet. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a great listener. I picked up my dog from her groomer Vicki, she knows what she is doing! Amazing job! Very sweet lady too. We will definitely be back!"

"I brought my Yorkie Poodle Mix here this morning! Lynette was able to get me in next day. With COVID-19, I dropped her off outside and picked her up outside a few hours later. Lynette asked me what I wanted and did exactly that. Very happy to have found a place to take Olive for good! Thank you!"
