"Wow! This pharmacy is terrible and unpleasant. I tried to fill a prescription for my elderly Mother for Paxlovid and they refused to give it to me!!!! The evening pharmacist said that her doctor has to call back and speak to him. This morning my Mother's doctor said she spoke to him and so I called this morning to get the prescription. The female pharmacist there was extremely rude. She insisted that my Mother's doctor has to call HER today notwithstanding that the doctor called the pharmacist last night!!Instead of being helpful after 3.5 years of COVID, this pharmacy is obstruction - truly unbelievable. And very rude - when I kept asking for help , she literally hung up one me! I'm still flabbergasted that this is the behavior of a pharmacy that is supposed to help. I have never had any experience like this . . ."
"Minorities be aware. I was falsely accused of not scanning my items during checkout. I provided my receipt and proved that I did scan all my items. The worker didn’t even offer me an apology. It’s sad how certain people of color are targeted in predominantly white areas. Guess my tax bracket doesn’t mean much to a jewel osco employee. I most definitely included a photo of this sad excuse for an employee."
