"Pretty disappointed to receive a letter today stating they will now longer care our animals. I called the other day to get pricing for a new puppy visit check and stool sample. The girl on the phone stated exams were 35 dollars, and with the stool sample the price total wouldn't be more than 74. We went in and the girl who brought us back said the exam would be about 35 and the stool sample just a bit more. My husband asked if it was going to be over 100, and she said no. We get the exam, and were charged over 100$. They said the exam was 45, not the 35 and the stool sample was an extra 75. My husband was kinda annoyed and wanted to speak to someone. Basically to explain how it's not right to quote a price of one amount and charge another. He said he wanted to speak to someone and the girl we were dealing with came out and said something, I was busy with my girls, but he said, no I'd like to speak to someone. She went to the back again, and came back saying we needed to go into a room and wait for the Dr. We didn't have time for all that, he just wanted to explain that the staff needs to be more attentive to what they are pricing people, so it's not a surprise to the patient. We ended up just leaving. We had no other issues, they took great care of our puppy, but it's frustrating to expect to pay one thing and be charged more. I guess I need to look for a new vet"

"I really appreciate Wheaton Animal Hospital and the care they provided my dog. Sometimes the front desk staff seemed inattentive to people waiting at the counter, but it always seemed that they were doing multiple tasks at once. So I encourage you to be patient and graciously speak up in the event that you don't feel heard. They are a great clinic so of course they are busy, but they always got to me and my dog in a timely manner even if it meant waiting patiently to be checked in or make a payment."

"Had a bit of a wait, but all the staff was so kind and respectful! The vet that looked over my cat was wonderful and answered every question we had, and she she was very funny."
