The true test of working with a good company is when you have a warranty concern and how they handle it. Our outdoor countertops had an issue and Mike immediately put a plan in motion to ensure corrections were made to our standards. He continues to be responsive to our questions. If you’re going to build a pool or spruce up your backyard, go with a company that takes pride in their work. Go with Bimini. They’re not the least expensive but won’t take your account to the cleaners either. The amount of pride they take in their work is A+++"

"We can't say enough great things about our experience with Bimini Blue Custom Pools. From the very beginning, they were so transparent about the process, timelines, and cost. We had delayed putting in a pool for a couple of years, as we knew the backyard drainage would have to be re-routed. Bobby came in, took a look, and immediately proposed a way it could be handled with a retaining wall and a minimal removal of trees. The wall ended up being a nice accent to the property and pool area. They were so professional and patient with our repetitive questions. As mentioned in other reviews, their Project Manager Marty was awesome! He and Bobby both stopped by frequently just to ensure everything was going ok and to answer any questions we had. I even called them several times after the pool with completed, with random questions about this or that, chemical readings, etc. They were so helpful, even after completion. I am so glad we went with them and we have loved having the pool with this heat. Their attention to detail and communication made it so much less stressful than it could have been. I have already recommended them to a few friends."

"We had a great experience with Bimini Blue Pools! It was important to us to work with a smaller privately owned company where we would be working one on one with the owners and project manager. One of the most amazing things during our experience was how flexible Bimini was making changes along the way. We changed our tile and also added a large covered bar and outdoor kitchen while the project was underway. They were amazing to work with and the level of care and professionalism was outstanding! We ended up with an outstanding pool and outdoor space…and we made some lifelong friends along the way. Shout out to our project manager Marty…he’s the best in the business!
