"Not once have I had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly, so helpful and the store is always clean and well stocked. Compared to the big box pet stores petco and petsmart, pet supplies plus is the number 1. Made another trip there today.. Time to wash some of the rainy day muck away. The self dog wash is a great price and a great setup..... update. My family is animal lovers and we recently adopted Emmi the Emerald Basilisk. I got an entire tank setup in 30 minutes of getting her home. We had the heat lamps, and Uv lights since we own 3 bearded dragons. The humidity of the tank is fine and the heat is warm side 90 cold side 74... can anyone help me get this little girl to eat. She seems so thin, I have mashed worms, fed live food, offered greens, and injected her with calcium and liquids orally. I need help"

"My pup received grooming service from Teri at this location. She had a terrible attitude at pick up. When I mentioned that her belly was uneven, she got extremely rude and grabbed my dog and put her on the table and yelled at her to stop moving. After coming home, we noticed my dog wasn’t able to turn her head to the right. After lightly touching her neck, my dog started yelping. We took her to the clinic, and turns out that her neck was strained. I am not sure what happened during the session but this is not right. The way Terri was really rude to me, I’m sure she did not treat my dog like she was supposed to, with kindness. I highly recommend avoiding this location, or at least this groomer. She should not be doing this service if she has no love for pets. I will definitely not be coming back. Very disappointing. Update: Store only called once and left a voicemail. I called back only to leave a message but have yet to hear back from them. After a week of no response, I believe they have no intention of contacting me. My pup has now visited the vet 2 times. On the second visit, an x-ray was done and turns out she has a dislocated disc on her neck. I added x-ray image. My pup will now need follow-up treatment. It pains me to see my dog in pain every day. This is not fair. I do not wish this on any dog."
