"I have know Lynn for about 10 years now. She has customize my wedding ring and made more changes throughout the years. I had to have a piece replaced due to my son dropping it as he walked the rings down the aisle, thank God for Lynn she had my wax and I was able to get the exact piece replaced.I recently had her combine my 3 piece ring into 1 piece and I get so many compliments on how beautiful my ring is! "I am giving a rating of 2 stars because the quality of the work in dipping my wedding rings in silver was well done. The rest of my experience was terrible. First, when I dropped my diamond rings off they promptly told me my large diamond on the center ring was not “real” which almost gave me a heart attack because my husband and I had it custom made at a very well known and respected jeweler in NewYork. When I told them that was not possible, they added insult to injury by also telling me that the two diamond studded rings surrounding my large diamond were also only half real. We had purchased the set from Rogers & Holland, another very reputable jeweler. They came to these conclusions by using a pen like instrument that would light up a certain color if they were real and another color if they were not. I made them check and recheck my stones because I simply could not believe their “findings”. Subsequent tests proved that my diamonds were in fact REAL and they blamed their mistake on a “low battery” on their testing pen....After I could breathe again, they quoted me a price of $60 which I agreed to. Upon picking up my rings, they had increased their services to $105! When I reminded them that the agreed upon price was $60, the owner very curtly said that “I obviously didn’t understand how complicated the process was” I politely told her that if it was going to get more “complicated” I would have appreciated a call. To that she rolled her eyes and I was dismissed. I would NOT go to this jeweler again."
