"Received great service from Hamlin for about 8 years, including weekly cleanings and some very nice pool repairs and updates. Lately, however, their technicians don't show up. No call from the techs, no call from the schedulers, no notice and no updates at all. They just don't show up. Now my pool is green with algae. Sad to see a good company with a lot of great people deteriorate like this. Wish them the best and hope they can fix their issues, but reliability is number one with customers. So I'm moving on."
