"Worst company to deal with!!! I have paid them in FULL and now refusing to complete the work. I normally don’t pay anything until job is completed but I made the mistake of paying them (lesson learned). This company has the word communication, they don’t answer calls, no response to texting and they’ve blocked me from social media because I post my experience. My pool is nothing fancy that it would take them FIVE MONTHS to still not complete! Very disgusted with the company. There is ZERO professionalism from Alex and the owner! I’d give them a NEGATIVE 10 stars if I could! I will continue to update with (lack) of progress"

"Horrible customer service and lack of communication. The owner and Alex the sales representative need to improve on their communication skills with their customers. I expected a lot more from this company, but sadly the negative reviews left are 100% accurate. This company will definitely finish your pool, but they will give you some headaches along the way due to their poor customer service. Any problems that arise with your pool after It is competed will take over a year to get fixed. My issues were fixed a year later after filing a complaint with the Better Businesses Bureau"

"Horrible company, contract signed in April, construction began in august, pool finished in February of the following year! Very poor communication from salesman(Alex) he would ignore most of our emails when we would try to get updates on the extensive delays. I also tried emailing the owner which she never replied. And no we did not make any changes to the pool design, shape or form. Only reason we went with this company was because their quote was a bit cheaper than the other companies, but believe me we paid for it at the end. A few months after the pool was finished well within the warranty period the quartz plaster started to peel off around the upper tile area, we have being trying to get them to come fix it for the last 4 months and they won’t even answer most of my emails they just keep giving me the runaround. Finally after a few months of trying to email them without a concrete response I finally decided to go to the office. I spoke to their secretary and she just flat out told me they are aware that they had received the emails and that eventually some one would contact me. That was more then 4 months ago. Piece of advice do your homework, read the reviews and just see how this company responds to their other customers unfavorable reviews."

"I like that this company is woman owned. Every time I messaged, Nicole would respond back. That’s gold to me. She had no problem allowing me to design the pool the way I wanted it to fit into my yard and to fulfill a few goals. Mission accomplished and we’ve been in the pool every day since it has been filled!"
