"If you can’t even get the hello right, how am I supposed to trust the rest?! I called and left a voicemail. Before the I was finished leaving the information I received a text asking to leave a message and I would receive a call back. With no call, I received a second text asking for my address and that they could go by today for an estimate…never said who would be meeting me or whom I was speaking/texting with. When I asked for a name of who I would be meeting before I gave out personal information the person on the other end got defensive and sent me a copy of a business card. Told me they were the owner and if that wasn’t a guarantee and security then what kind of company am I looking for? Well how about a professional one that can at least introduce themselves and give me a name of whom I’m supposed to be entrusting into my home!"
