Only had 1 bag of dog food I needed and offered to order 3 more and paid for everything so I was able to use my 25% off coupon. I also see that they will honor any other online/store offers, which is great since it's so close to home. Great customer service goes a long way with us, keep it up. Much appreciated. "I used the Gurnee store a lot before coming here but now this one is so much closer to my house. This store though wow, it's brand new the facilities look amazing like the self serve dog wash and the grooming station. The great part is that the staff is quite knowledgeable about all the brands and can help narrow down what you need based on price or animal specifics. I will absolutely be using this store from now on."
